Google Contacts is a service offered by Google, originally as part of Gmail. The service organizes all of your contacts from Gmail, Google+, and anything that you input yourself. The service can be accessed through Gmail, or as a standalone service at its own URL.
Google's mobile operating system, Android, features built-in support for Google Contacts. All contacts can be accessed and modified through the People app.
