Chigwell in Wrong Location Google Street View

For 1.5 years, there is something where in various east streets between South Woodford and Snaresbrook, (Take Beechwood Park for example) has a thing that says "Nov 2008" in it, if you click it, you are in the incorrect place. The location is actually Chigwell from November 2008. (Usually Green Lane). The reason they are doing this is currently unknown, but it is most likely due to
